ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.

On November 21, 2023, docket entry 19, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed November 21, 2023, docket entry 19, is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
