ORDER
The reporter's record was initially due on February 8, 2020. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Belinda Baraka by postcard dated February 12, 2020 and directed her to file the reporter's record by March 13, 2020. Ms. Baraka then requested an extension which we granted, making the record due by April 20, 2020. When it was not filed by that date, we ordered Ms. Baraka to file the reporter's record by June 1, 2020. We cautioned her that the failure to meet this deadline might result in the Court ordering her not sit. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and Ms. Baraka has not communicated with the Court.
We ORDER court reporter Belinda Baraka not to sit until the complete reporter's record is filed in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Ernest White, Presiding Judge, 194th Judicial District Court; to Belinda Baraka, official court reporter, 194th Judicial District Court; to the Dallas County Auditor's Office; and to counsel for all parties.
