Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 02, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03542) and from an order, same court, entered on or about March 10, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01123), And petitioner-appellant having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the June 2, 2020 order (Case No. 2020-03542), and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect same, and for leave to file a supplemental appendix containing filings related to vacatur proceedings, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted. The appeal taken from the June 2, 2020 order (Case No. 2020-03542), is reinstated and the time to perfect same extended to the February 2022 Term of this Court. Petitioner may file a supplemental appendix containing filings related to vacatur proceedings for said Term.
