Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 02, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03542) and on or about March 22, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01123)

And petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the June 02, 2020 order (M-2021-1200) and for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals (M-2021-1201),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the June 2, 2020 order is granted, and the time to perfect same is extended to the October 2021 Term of this Court (M-2021-1200); the motion seeking consolidation is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (See, 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]) (M-2021-1201).
