ORDER DENYING PENDING MOTION


This habeas corpus petition has been referred to the undersigned Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and local Rules MJR 3 and 4. Before the Court is a "Motion of Jurisdiction" filed by petitioner. (Dkt. #12). The Court in not sure what petitioner is asking the Court to do. The Court has assumed jurisdiction over this habeas matter and ordered the petition served. (Dkt. #14). The Respondent has acknowledged receipt of the petition. (Dkt. #15).

Attached to this motion are a number of pages of arguments that may be an attempt to amen the petition. There is no motion to amend before the Court at this time. Petitioner has been informed that if he wishes to amend the petition he may file a motion to do so and he should attach his proposed amended petition to that motion. (Dkt. #13). The currently pending "Motion of Jurisdiction" is DENIED.

The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to petitioner and counsel for respondent.
