Petitioner-appellant having moved to correct the order settling the record on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 20, 2012, to consolidate that appeal with the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 21, 2012, and for permission to perfect the appeals on less than the required number of records,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Karla Bow, sworn to June 28, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to correct the order settling the record on appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to perfect the appeals on less than the required number of records is denied.
