Bova v. City of Medford
262 Or.App. 29, 324 P.3d 492 (Bova's petition). Review has been allowed of the Court of Appeals' decision in Bova v. City of Medford, 262 Or.App. 29, 324 P.3d 492 (2014). The decision of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded to that court for determination of whether plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment on the ground that the city violated ORS 243.303 as determined under ORS chapter 28.
