WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The trial court's judgment of August 1, 2013, finding relator, Mark Bourne, guilty of contempt is a final, appealable judgment. See La. Code Civ, P. art. 1915A(6); Capital City Press v. Louisiana State University System Board of Supervisors, 2013-1994 (La. 8/28/13), 120 So. 3d 250; Robinson v. Harlan, 2012 WL 1372067, 2012-0363 (La. 4/9/12), ___ So.3d ___, citing In Re: Jones, 2010-0066 (La. App. 5th Cir. 11/9/10), 54 So.3d 54. Therefore, the writ is granted for the limited purpose of" remanding the case to the district court with instructions to grant the relator an appeal pursuant to the August 30, 2013 pleading notifying the district court of relator's intention to seek writs. See In Re: Howard, 541 So. 2d 195 (La. 1989) . In the event relator seeks to appeal the district court's judgment, he shall submit an order for appeal to the trial court within fourteen days of this Court's order. Additionally, a copy of this Court's order is to be included in the appellate record. Briefs are required in compliance with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
