ORDER

This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On April 11, 2022, respondent filed a Pretrial Memorandum. In that filing, respondent stated that respondent "was not successful in establishing contact with petitioners' counsel of record Pietro E. Canestrelli" and that on "April 4, 2022, respondent's counsel spoke telephonically to Mr. Canestrelli's office staff and was informed that the matter is closed with their office."

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, counsel for petitioners shall file a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel or the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case.
