ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed August 5, 2024, docket entry 16, is granted, in that this case is stricken for trial at the December 2, 2024, Jacksonville, Florida, Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Stipulation of Facts with the Court to establish basic jurisdictional facts.
