Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Third Circuit
May 10, 1972
262 So. 2d 98 (La. Ct. App. 1972)

Opinion

No. 3810.

May 10, 1972.

Appeal from 15th Judicial District Court, Parish of Acadia; Charles T. Everett, Judge.

Andrew Vidrine, Church Point, for plaintiff-appellant.

Voorhies, Labbe, Fontenot, Leonard McGlasson, by W. Gerald Gaudet, Lafayette, for defendant-appellee.

Before HOOD, MILLER, and DOMENGEAUX, JJ.

This is a workmen's compensation suit for total and permanent disability resulting from an accident on July 9, 1970. The sole issue is whether plaintiff was disabled beyond June 4, 1971, the date on which compensation benefits were terminated. From an adverse judgment the plaintiff has appealed.

We have reviewed the facts and the law and find no error in the judgment appealed.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellant's costs.

Affirmed.
