This case is calendared for trial at the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to begin on April 29, 2024. On March 5, 2024, respondent filed a motion to remand. On March 8, 2024, the Court ordered petitioner to respond to the motion on or before April 8, 2024. To date, no response has been submitted.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 29, 2024, Detroit, Michigan, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand, filed March 5, 2024, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than July 9, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than August 8, 2024, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
