MICHAEL TODD BOTELHO, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Gibbons, C.J.

Michael Todd Botelho appeals from an order of the district court denying a motion for the appointment of counsel filed on April 21, 2020, an affidavit and criminal complaint filed on March 12, 2021, and a judicial notice and criminal complaint filed on April 2, 2021. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen M. Drakulich, Judge.

Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from the aforementioned order, we lack jurisdiction. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.

We have reviewed Botelho's document entitled "judicial notice" that he submitted on March 10, 2022, and we conclude no relief is warranted.

Tao, J., Bulla, J.

Hon. Kathleen M. Drakulich, District Judge
