Action to foreclose two mortgages on certain of the named defendant's real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court, Langebach, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered a deficiency judgment against the defendant John A. O'Neill et al., from which the defendant Gregory Musumano appealed to this court. Affirmed.
