By Notice dated November 23, 2022, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 20, 2023, San Francisco, California trial calendar. On December 27, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion To Proceed Remotely. The Court will grant the motion and this case will be calendared for trial at a special session of the Court to be conducted remotely.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Proceed Remotely, filed December 27, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 20, 2023, San Francisco, California trial calendar and is calendared for trial at a remote Washington, D.C. hearing commencing at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the Standing Pretrial Order issued on November 23, 2022 remains in effect.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
