On June 22, 2021, petitioner filed a petition to commence this case. On April 26, 2024, petitioner filed a First Amended Motion to Change or Correct Caption, seeking to add Audrey Bossier, petitioner's spouse to this case.

In order for this Court to acquire jurisdiction to consider this case as to Audrey Bossier and to support the changing of the caption, it is necessary to obtain a Ratification of the Petition bearing Audrey Bossier's original signature.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, if Audrey Bossier wishes to be added to this case, she shall, on or before May 28, 2024, submit to the Court a Ratification of Petition, in paper form (not electronic), duly signed with an original signature (preferably in blue ink), in which she states that she has read the petition, filed June 22, 2021, and ratifies and affirms the filing of the petition. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's First Amended Motion to Change or Correct Caption, filed April 26, 2024, is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Change or Correct Caption.
