ORDER

On April 1, 2024, David E. Sloan filed a Limited Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner Jeanette C. Bosco for the limited purpose of submitting a stipulation of settled issues setting forth a settlement between Jeanette C. Bosco and respondent.

On April 1, 2024, this case and the consolidated case at Docket No. 24786-18 were called from the calendar at the Court's Salt Lake City, Utah Special Session. Petitioner and respondent filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues and requested 45 days to file an appropriate proposed stipulated decision in this case. The Court directed the parties to file a Motion to Sever in these consolidated cases. On the same day, David E. Sloan filed a Notice of Completion as to the Limited Entry of Appearance filed in this case.

On April 5, 2024, Susan L. Combs filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.

On April 9, 2024, David E. Sloan filed an Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner Jeanette C. Bosco.

Giving due regard to the representations contained in the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted, and Carol Warnick, William F. Colgin, Tamara L. Kotzker, Susan L. Combs, Matthew E. Wright, and Kasey J. Schlueter, are withdrawn as petitioner's counsel in this case.
