In Boscia the court held that the following contractual provision, which does not mention "reliance," is a "no reliance" clause: "no salesperson or employee of seller has authority to... make any representation or agreement not expressly contained in this purchase agreement or any exhibits attached hereto, and only those expressly contained herein shall be binding upon seller, or in any way affect the validity of this purchase agreement or form any part hereof.
