Linda Borunda, Appellant, v. Federal National Mortgage Association, Appellee.

Appeal from the

County Court at Law No. 3

of El Paso County, Texas

(TC# 2013-CCV02324)

ORDER

On December 30, 2013 this Court issued an order for mediation referral. The order required the parties to make any objection to referral within 10 days of the order and none was received. The order also required that the parties notify this Court of who the mediator would be and none was received.

It appears that the parties no longer wish to have this case referred to mediation and therefore ORDERS this appeal to continue, the appellate timetable suspension is lifted and the Reporter's Record is now due in this Court on or before March 7, 2014. If no Reporter's Record will be filed for this appeal then the Appellant's brief shall be due in this Court on or before March 7, 2014.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 5th day of February, 2014.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rivera and Rodriguez, JJ.
