This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 10, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.

On May 8, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached and are requesting an additional ninety (90) days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 10, 2024, in Dallas, Texas and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 13, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
