Opinion

Nos. 2D16–3018 2D16–3229 2D16–3244.

08-24-2016

Richard L. BORREGO, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal 2D16–3018 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because the circuit court order under judicial review is a nonfinal, nonappealable order. Also, appellant's pending motion for clarification is denied as moot.

However, appellant has two pending appeals 2D16–3229 and 2D16–3244 in which written circuit court orders imposing specific amounts of restitution are under judicial review. Also, appellant has filed for each of those appeals a pending motion for clarification concerning the appropriate classification of those appeals.

WALLACE, CRENSHAW, and LUCAS, JJ., concur.
