ORDER


Petitioner, Ronald F. Borrego, filed a habeas corpus petition.See 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254 (West 1994 Supp. 2003). On July 14, 2003, Respondents filed a response to Petitioner's petition. Since then, Petitioner has neither filed a reply nor contacted the Court in any way.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty days Petitioner must show cause why his petition should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b);Link v. Wabash R.R. Co., 370 U.S. 626, 630-31, 82 S.Ct. 1386, 1388-89 (1962); Olsen v. Mapes, 333 F.3d 1199, 1204 n. 3 (10th Cir. 2003).
