ORDER


This matter came on for consideration on the Defendant's Motion to Compel Discovery and Brief in Support in the above-entitled and numbered suit.

After careful consideration of the motion, the applicable legal authority and argument of counsel, the Court finds that the motion is well taken and should be GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion to Compel Discovery is GRANTED. The plaintiff shall serve full and complete answers to the Defendant's First Set of Interrogatories and fully respond to Defendant's First Request for Production within Twenty (20) days of this order. The plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the imposition of sanctions under Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(b)(2)(c) including the dismissal of this suit.

SO ORDERED.
