Opinion

No. 79-196.

April 11, 1979.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Circuit Court, Sarasota County; Stephen L. Dakan, Judge.

James R. Dirmann, Sarasota, for petitioner.

Stephen H. Sears and Ted R. Manry, III of MacFarlane, Ferguson, Allison Kelly, Tampa, for respondent.

We deny the petition for writ of certiorari. In so doing, we have reached the conclusion that the arbitration proceedings to which the parties have agreed must take place in the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 682, Florida Statutes (1977).
