ORDER


Plaintiffs Motion for Protective Action by the Court, filed September 30, 2002, is denied. The materials Plaintiff seeks to exclude from discovery are relevant or may lead to the discovery of relevant evidence. The Court finds no compelling or overriding reason to exclude the materials from discovery. Plaintiff has put the matters he seeks to exclude from discovery at issue in this case.
