On Appeal from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 05-05813-E.
Before Justices MOSELEY, O'NEILL, and FITZGERALD.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant filed his notice of appeal in this case on March 8, 2007. On April 12, 2007, we ordered the district clerk to file the clerk's record within thirty days. On May 15, 2007, we received a letter from the district clerk stating that appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. On May 31, 2007, we received a letter from appellant stating that he was working with the district clerk regarding what to include in the record and payment for the record. On June 13, 2007, we once again ordered the district clerk to file the clerk's record within thirty days. We warned appellant that if we received verification that he had not made arrangements regarding payment for the record, we would, without further notice, dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. On June 14, 2007, we received a letter from the district clerk stating that appellant had not made payment for the clerk's record and that appellant would not agree to the clerk's payment plan.
Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
