This case was continued from the calendar of the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session on March 4, 2024, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on March 29, 2024, requesting additional time to submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 1, 2024, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents or file further reports with the Court regarding the then-present status of this case.

The parties are reminded that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed February 8, 2024, and petitioner's Motion for Continuance also filed on February 8, 2024, remain pending.
