On April 24, 2023, the parties filed a joint proposed stipulated decision document and joint settlement stipulation. It appears that Form 3623 as referenced in the settlement stipulation was inadvertently attached to the proposed stipulated decision document. On May 1, 2023, the parties filed another joint proposed stipulated decision and joint settlement stipulation with the proper attachment. We will strike both documents filed April 24, 2023. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision filed April 24, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the joint settlement stipulation filed April 24, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record.
