JEREMY TODD BORDELON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-80732-2020

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The clerk's record contains appellant's February 10, 2022 request for the reporter's record. When it was not filed by the March 29, 2022 due date, we notified court reporter Janet Dugger by postcard dated March 31, 2022, informing her that it was past due. We directed her to file the reporter's record or written verification that no hearings were recorded or appellant had not requested the record by April 30, 2022. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, and we have had no communication from Ms. Dugger.

We ORDER court reporter Janet Dugger to file by June 6, 2022 (1) the reporter's record or (2) if appellant is not indigent, written verification appellant has not paid or made arrangements to pay for the record. Should Ms. Dugger fail to do so, the appeal will be abated for a hearing on the status of the reporter's record.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; Janet Dugger, official court reporter, 296th Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
