IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the motion to dismiss (Rec. Doc. 26) is GRANTED and the plaintiff's premises maintenance claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
