ORDER

Per Curiam

Ginger Boone has filed a petition requesting permission to appeal the trial court's interlocutory Order on Motions for Summary Judgment. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(d). Pursuant to Rule of Appellate Procedure 28.3(f), we direct Wanda Whittenburg, individually and as independent executrix of the estate of Joe D. Whittenburg, Jr., to file a response to the petition with the Clerk of this court by August 28, 2024. Boone shall file a reply brief to the response with the Clerk of this court by September 10, 2024. Furthermore, we abate the petition for permissive appeal from our docket pending receipt of the aforementioned briefing directed by the court.

It is so ordered.
