MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant's brief was due January 14, 2004. By letter dated March 31, 2004, the Court directed appellant to file a motion for extension of time to file his brief and his brief within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief or his brief. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1).
