ORDER

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is presently set for trial during the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on January 6, 2025. On September 3, 2024, the Court received and filed petitioner's letter dated August 27, 2024, along with attachments to that letter.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the address shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served August 7, 2024, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing in this case on Monday, January 6, 2025, as previously directed, but otherwise the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order served August 7, 2024, remain in full force and effect.

The parties are advised that the matters covered in the above-referenced letter will be addressed when the case is called for trial.
