ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

THE COURT

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 25, 2012, be modified as follows:

On page 9, the second sentence of the second paragraph is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place: “With sworn declarations, defendants established that Mote never disclosed the so-called ‘confidential information’ he obtained from plaintiffs to the employees of Google who created and developed its search engine and that Google independently developed local business search and people search features.”

There is no change in the judgment.
