Order Per Curiam

This cause is before the Court on the State's motion to direct the trial court clerk to forward to this Court an original exhibit. The State requests that a video recording entered into evidence as SX #1 be forwarded to this Court because it is necessary to the disposition of this appeal. The State requests the trial court clerk to send to this Court either the original or a copy of the exhibit.

The Court, having fully examined and considered the State's motion to direct the trial court clerk to forward original exhibit, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. The State's motion is hereby GRANTED. The clerk of the trial court is hereby ORDERED to forward original exhibit or a copy of SX #1, admitted at trial in Cause No. 13-CR-3764-G to this Court within fifteen days from the date of this order.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
