Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Anthony John Trenga, Senior District Judge. (1:19-cv-00688-AJT-MSN)

Walter Delaney Booker, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.

Before HARRIS and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM

Walter Delaney Booker, Jr., a Virginia prisoner, appeals the district court's order dismissing with prejudice Booker's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's judgment. Booker v. Clarke, No. 1:19-cv-00688-AJT-MSN (E.D. Va. Jan. 2, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
