Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground of error in ruling upon evidence at folio 638 of the record. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concurred; Jenks, P.J., and Mills, J., being also of opinion that the verdict was contrary to the weight of evidence.
