TOLAND JEROME BONNER Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 1D18-3158; 172015CF000174XXXAXX

Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated January 18, 2022, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Davis v. State, 332 So.3d 970 (Fla. 2021). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R. App. P. 9330(d)(2).

CANADY, C.J., and LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.

POLSTON and LABARGA, JJ., dissent.

HON. JOHN L. MILLER, CHIEF JUDGE.
