Per Curiam.

The Department of Corrections filed a motion to relinquish jurisdiction. The Court treats the motion as a confession of error, reverses the order on appeal, and remands this matter to the circuit court for further proceedings. See Wilkinson v. McDonough, 960 So.2d 911, 912 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007).
