On April 22, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance. The Court attempted to arrange a conference call with the parties to discuss the motion but was unable to reach Ms. Bonner. The Court ordered Ms. Bonner to file a response to the motion for continuance by May 9, 2022, but no response was filed. On May 20, 2022, the Court cancelled the May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), and the undersigned retained jurisdiction of the above-referenced case. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance filed April 22, 2022, is granted and this case is continued and restored to the general docket. Jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
