This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 23, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On April 18, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance but was unable to get the Petitioner's view on the motion. On April 25, 2022, the Court attempted to arrange a conference call with the parties to discuss the motion and left a message for Petitioner to call the Court.
