Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered October 31, 2022, and November 30, 2022,

Now, on the Court's own motion, It is hereby ORDERED that Courtney Radick, Esq., 26 East Oneida Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and

It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 16, 2024, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
