Upon due consideration and for cause, and because petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee does not establish petitioner's inability to pay the Court's $60 filing fee, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner is directed to pay the fee is extended to January 3, 2024. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of the case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
