Opinion

No. ED 107219

11-05-2019

Eddie BOND, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Eddie Bond ("Movant") appeals from the Circuit Court for St. Louis County’s denial of his Rule 24.035 post-conviction motion without an evidentiary hearing. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Movant pled guilty to the class C felony of stealing from a person, in violation of Section 570.030.3, RSMo., and was sentenced to five year’s incarceration on July 18, 2014.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.

The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
