This case is calendared for trial during the Court's October 10, 2023, San Francisco, California, trial session. On May 17, 2023, the Court served a Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 15) and a Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 16) on petitioner, which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Does Not Live Here."

A review of the docket record shows that the Petition provides a different address than shown in the Court's records. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner, upon receipt of this Order, shall provide the Court with written notice of his current address. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of (1) this Order, (2) the Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 15) and (3) the Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 16) on petitioner at the address listed in paragraph one of the Petition.
