This case is calendared for a remote trial at the Salt Lake City, Utah, Trial Session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on June 7, 2021. Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed April 26, 2021. On April 29, 2021, petitioners were directed to file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss by May 19, 2021. Petitioners have not filed a response as directed by the Court's April 29, 2021 Order. On May 25, 2021, the Court held a telephone conference call with counsel for respondent and petitioner Jonathan Boldt. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 26, 2021, is set for a remote hearing on June 7, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. (ET). This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
