This case is calendared for trial at the March 11, 2024, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court.

On December 11, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (motion). Respondent's motion states that petitioners object to the granting of this motion. That same day respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time within which to file a stipulated Administrative Record under Tax Court Rule 93. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 16, 2024, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion.
