JUDGMENT

In accordance with the opinion and order entered today, the Court DENIES WITH PREJUDICE Bojaj's petition for habeas corpus. (R. 1.) The Court GRANTS Bojaj a certificate of appealability on all aspects of his claim that the admission of EDR data and testimony based on that data deprived him of constitutional due process. The Court denies Bojaj a certificate of appealability on all other claims.

SO ORDERED.
