ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge

On January 30, 2023, docket entry 17, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that petitioners' counsel intends to provide respondent's counsel with substantiating documentation and the parties will continue their settlement discussions. The parties believe that with continued discussion, they may settle the case or narrow the issues for trial. Further, petitioners' counsel agrees with the contents of respondent's status report. Respondent requests sixty (60) days to file a decision document or a Status Report as to the then-present status of the case.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 7, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
