This case is currently calendared on the Court's San Francisco, California trial session, scheduled to begin on September 12, 2022. On August 10, 2022, respondent filed a motion to proceed remotely, indicating that petitioners do not object to this case proceeding remotely.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to proceed remotely is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 12, 2022, San Francisco, California trial calendar. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's December 5, 2022, remote trial session.
